Das Videospiel Wanted: Weapons of Fate basiert auf dem Universal Pictures-Aktionthriller "Wanted" mit James McAvoy, Morgan Freeman und Angelina Jolie. Es bietet denselben, fantastischen visuellen Stil wie der Kinofilm und verspricht ebenso viele coole Sprüche und atemberaubende Action.
Wanted: Weapons of Fate lässt die Spieler die Abenteuer Wesley Gibsons ab dem Ende des Films weiterführen. So wird ein komplett neues Kapitel in der Geschichte Wesleys geschrieben.
