Das Videospiel Wanted: Weapons of Fate basiert auf dem Universal Pictures-Aktionthriller "Wanted" mit James McAvoy, Morgan Freeman und Angelina Jolie. Es bietet denselben, fantastischen visuellen Stil wie der Kinofilm und verspricht ebenso viele coole Sprüche und atemberaubende Action.
Wanted: Weapons of Fate lässt die Spieler die Abenteuer Wesley Gibsons ab dem Ende des Films weiterführen. So wird ein komplett neues Kapitel in der Geschichte Wesleys geschrieben. Das Spiel folgt seinem Weg hin zum beispiellosen Über-Auftragskiller und beleuchtet die epische Geschichte der "Bruderschaft". Dank seiner intensiven Actionszenen hebt Wanted: Weapons of Fate das Kampfspiel-Genre auf eine ganz neue Stufe. Kultige Kampfmanöver wie "Kurvenkugeln" und "Killerzeit" wurden direkt aus dem Film übernommen. Dazu gibt es innovative, komplexe Deckungstechniken.
