The arms smuggler Lim is shot by a sniper after volunteering to tell some important information to the nation's special agents, Ryu and Lee. From the scene of the Lim's death, Ryu instinctively suspects the involvement of Hee, the best sniper of the 8th special Force of North Korea. She had assassinated many goverment officials and hid herself from the unrelenting pursuit of Ryu. Meanwhile, Park and the elite agents of the 8th special Force of North Korea succeed in seizing the CTX, the liquid bomb developed by the National Defense Lab with the help of Lim. While everyone is trying hard to retrieve the CTX, Ryu and Lee are suspicious of each other and the date set of the marriage of Ryu and Hyun approaches quickly. But their marriage is another sign of impending misfortune.

Action absolut TOP, die Story und Dramaturgie ein einziger Flop, so kann ich Shiri umschreiben. Ich bin enttäuscht, denn nach den vielen positiven Stimmen und der Wertung bei der ofdb habe ich mir einen Film erhofft, der wenigstens ansatzweise an die alten Actionkracher eines John Woo heranreicht.
