Circle Jerks - My Career As A Jerk
Von Anfang an schlugen sich die LA Punker von den CIRCLE JERKS mit Kontroversen herum. Gegründet von Ex-Mitgliedern von BLACK FLAG und RED CROSS (mittlerweile REDD KROSS) 1979, sollte die Band zur Personifizierung des Images, des Sounds und der Energie des kalifornischen Hardcore Punk werden. Der Regisseur David Markey ("1991: The Year Punk Broke", "The Slog Movie") vermischt tiefgründige Interviwe, rare Liveaufnahmen und einen historischen Blickwinkel, um die Geschichte einer der einflussreichsten Bands des amerikanischen Undergrounds zu beleuchten.
