Ilsa is the manageress of a extremely cruesome stalinistic prison camp in siberia and monitors the prisoners with all of her cruelty. The prisoners are interrogated under torture and suffer from the inhuman constraints, By the fall of Stalin the prisoners come free and the former wardens have to protect themselves. Ilsa manages to escape to canada and she begins a new life far away from the siberian snow desert. By accident she meets one of her earlier victims who lives now as the soviet ambassador in canada. Driven by revenge and hatred he uses the secret service to hunt down Ilsa. A completly new experience for the beautyful tigress.
