Commando cop Soldier Kelly can't seem to stay on the good side of the law. After he stops a robbery by blowing away the drug-crazed criminal, the SnakeEater is put on suspension and out of action.
But action finds him when he's approached by the parents of a traumatized young woman. Maonths ago, their daughter was brutalized by a gang of bikers called Hell's Furies. Now they want the SnakeEater to punish the guilty his way.
With the help of an ex-biker named cowboy (Minor Mustain) the SnakeEater takes on the Furies and their vicious 400-pound leader, Goose (WWF wrestling fave Scott "Bam Bam" Bigelow). The SnakeEater knows there's only one way to keep the peace - all-out war.
