Leona Ozaki, the newest member, is assimilating well to the Tank Police`s none-too-gentle style of handling criminal suspects. It´s good thing too, because she is about to experience the `hospitality` of the vicious Buaku gang first hand. This time, the gang is not out for stealing the urine of `healthy` people. Rather, they`re after an 80 year old nude painting of Buaku, himself – the last known artwork created while the world was still environmentally healthy.
Finally, we learn the truth about Buaku`s origins. Could there be something noble in the half-human, half-cyborg blood of this renowned gang leader? What is the secret behind this mysterious painting? Will Leona, the newest member of the Tank Police, be able to breathe again without Buaku`s help? Will the foxy, but ruthless cat sisters, Annapuna and Unipuma score anything with their liberal machine gun fire?
