Michael is a parolee recently released from prison for a sexual offense. His parole officer, Eddie, is trying to keep Michael on the right path arranging for an apartment, lining up a job interview, and vetting some of his new neighbors to find a "nice young woman from a good family." What Eddie doesn't know and Michael soon finds out is that times have changed in the Netherlands. When he moves into his new apartment, Michael immediately finds open-minded and sex starved housewives who all live along the same corridor. After getting to know so many of his female neighbors he begins to start a new life professionally, arranging a big block party while launching his sex service syndicate.
