In their quest to bring Himi to Osaka, Buju and company commandeer a tank for the perilous journey across the broken and desolate wasteland. While passing through the ruins of an earlier civilization, their progress is blocked by an immense crater - as though a great hand reached down from the heavens and ripped away the land. Here, they encounter Ken and Yumi, refugees from a metropolis of unimaginable evil - where innocence masks awesome psionic powers, and where some serve as slaves and some worse...
