How do I know if someone will be good in a role? How do I know they can 'perform' on camera? I don't! I have learnt one thing over my many years - a full sexual performance with an experienced model in front of camera crew is the absolute essential test they must pass for future film work.
These early sessions are unscripted and unrehearsed - only the role of top or bottom for the new model is pre-arranged. The only direction is I give is this:
"Give me plenty of action, lots of angles, lots of positions and convince me you are enjoying it. Oh... and by the way - a stiff dick will really help convince me!" It's my little joke to help them relax.
If the model can perform well here - the chances are he can perform well on location. I'm sure you will appreciate seeing them perform at their screentest - their first real hard action sex on camera!
